well of doubt comment archvie 13.03.2007, 09:25 thezaxfactor I really enjoyed this episode and honestly believe that it would have made a better last episode, thematically, than Book of Omens. It touches on the pains and baggage of a class system (what's the first thing we see? Tass' baggage!), and on the problems associated with basically starting your civilization over again. It draws on the importance of sharing a common bond with your people, and it points to doubt and personal insecurity as the fodder of prejudice. Really smart stuff, and touching, too! I love that Lion-O takes a stand against Tass, and that he doesn't let his title go to his head like he used to; he sees himself on the same level as everyone else. I also love Jagara's soliloquy. It honestly makes me shiver every time I hear it. Seriously, Gerianne Raphael needed more lines. "FEEEEL the STRENGTH in the EYEEEE of THUNDERA!" 13.03.2007, 19:13 thezaxfactor That said, the ending is pretty bad. A stormcloud that melts statues and brings Tass to his knees? Hokay. edit 26.03.2007, 12:39 Uhr saltygirl lion-o was FREAKING OUT!!! it brought a more relatable quality to him. 27.02.2008, 21:17 bestman It was pleasant to see a "mediocre" bad guy after the titanic encounters with zaxx, malcar and shadowmaster. The baron is not a menace for the universe. However he is a considerable threat for the TCats.A good moment just before the finale. 09.05.2008, 20:43 Syberius I wasn't expecting this to be any good, but it is definitely a high point of the New Thundera episodes which have been wildly uneven. Most of them I found to be pretty bad. This one is almost a classic.
