This was a kid's cartoon show and they would have been thrown off the air had they shown anatomically correct characters. I can't believe that only Jaga knew of the Eye of Thundera; Claudus must have known of it as well as the other Thundercats. I wish the story had included a scene showing Wilykat and Wilykit receiving their clothes/weapons along with the adults. You could see Lion-O's flawed suspension capsule coming a mile away, but would it do to have him a kid when they reached Third Earth? They needed an adult who could lift that Sword. And as for Lion-O not remembering Lynx-O, Pumyra, and Bengali, I believe he may have swooned after seeing what he thought were their deaths, the adult 'Cats carried him to his compartment to sleep it off, and he later developed amnesia with regard to that event. His nightmares in "ThunderCats - Ho!" was his memory of that event returning. 09.02.2007, 16:30 leppardra I'm puzzled. Jaga says,"We don't know what awaits the ThunderCats in our new home, but these rainments and weapons will help protect you." He refers to them in the first, second, and third person as he talks directly to them. Why? I don't get it. Don't you think he should have said, "We don't know what awaits us in our new home, but these rainments and weapons will help protect you." It would have made far more sense to the audience, as they would have already known these beings were ThunderCats. 11.04.2007, 11:24 Cougar I gotta give props to Jaga, because he truly showed how to be noble, trustworthy, and loyal to the cause. I enjoyed his speech about: "I am by far the oldest of you..." and then he says to himself: "I wish I was as sure of their chances as I pretended to be, but there IS still a chance." Admittedly, I wept when Jaga died, but when he gave the grown-up Lion-O that moving speech, I thought that I was Lion-O: "I will always be with you Lion-O; pay heed, for it is your destiny that you hold in your hand-- the 05.01.2006, 20:32 PKELL The major question that fans have about this episode is what exactly happened to Lion-O's capsule that caused him to age. It has been suggested by some fans that Jaga messed around with Lion-O's capsule and arranged it so that he would age. Rather than regard this as a mistake, I've always had fun thinking about just what the hell happened. Was it Jaga's doing? Or was Lion-O's capsule somehow damged when the Mutants raided the ship? Or maybe some magic in the Eye of Thundera had something to do with it? It's never really been made clear and maybe it should stay that way. 12.02.2006, 11:06 Claire I'm new in this kind of "serie", so i have some questions about the characters of it. If one, or some, of you could answer them, i'll be more informed about thundercats. For example: as their name said, they are thunder-cats, like "werecat", aren't they? They seemed like humans with feline aspetcs...Well, and why does lion-o, tygra and the others use weapons as an sword and an wip if the two have long nails at their hands? If they are feline, why don't they use them? But yeh I see your point, they would make pretty awesome fighters if they did use their feline aspects. But it is just meant for young people, if you notice he didn't use his sword once to kill or stab somebody, it was always for self defense or to help someone. (is it his?) So it seems his capsule really wasn't at full throttle during the journey, whether through accident or design. Also, it's later revealed the capsule gas can not only slow, but REVERSE the agin process! 12.02.2006, 06:58 Super Vegeta They are really good points, something i've never looked upon myself to be honest. But I always thought they all aged about 7 years because I noticed panthro looks a bit older a few episodes after..and the thunderkittens might have aged but not increased in size anymore because after all they are kittens. 27.12.2005, 13:13 Scott Actually I been hearing alot its because it was his "Destiny" to be the lord of the TCats so the gods blessed him with the age to do so, seems like it,don't it?
