Not bad, but not fabulotastic neither

Vultureman is at Mumm-Ra's pyramid, where Vulturman reveals his latest weapon, the Wolfrat, a giant robotic rat. Mumm-Ra plans to use the Wolfrat to shrink the Thundercats with a shrinking potion he invented. To show that it really works, he uses it on Vultureman and shrinks him to 4 inches tall. The Wolfrat manages to sneak into Cats' Lair's ventilation shaft and sprays the shrinking potion and shrinks the Thundercats down to 4 inches (except for Snarf, who is out picking candy fruit). The Wolfrat then attacks the Thundercats, but they manage to adapt to their small size and are able to fend off the Wolfrat. Tygra then starts to work on an antidote to return them to normal size.

Back at Mumm-Ra's pyramid, Mumm-Ra returns Vultureman to his normal size, so he and the Mutants can take over Cats' Lair.

Snarf returns to the Lair from picking candy fruit and is attacked by the Wolfrat. However, he is saved by Lion-O, Panthro, Cheetara, and the Thunderkittens and they are able to destroy the Wolfrat. However, the Mutants then arrive and enter Cats' Lair. Before they enter though, the Thundercats dress Snarf up in the Wolfrat's armor to fool the Mutants. Snarf then attacks the Mutants in his Wolfrat suit and then takes the Thundercats to Tygra's lab, where he has now made the antidote they needed. The Mutants give chase, until they run across a giant Snarf, who chases them out of the Lair and trips them into the moat at the bottom of the chasm. The Thundercats are now back to their normal heights, but Snarf is still a giant as well.

However, Snarf is told that he will return to his normal size soon. When Lion-O offers Snarf a chair at the counsel table for fighting the Mutants and the Wolfrat, Snarf obliges, but ends up breaking the chair when he sits down.

Purrsia's Two Cents:

This one I remember vividly from childhood, but has lost its luster with time. It's still enjoyable, but the giant Snarf thing gets played too much in this series already (I think we're in for that two more times in later eps - Snarf-Ra being the most offending instance. You have been warned heh heh).
