Heather Winters & Annabelle Gurwitch Reveiwed by: Purrsia ![]() Mumm-Ra's latest evil plot is to use the sands of sleep to ensare the ThunderCats' dream selves, thus leaving Lion-O to face his biggest fear - to be left to fight alone. He starts with Panthro by summoning the ThunderCat's dream self. The dream version of Panthro fights against Mumm-Ra, but it turns out to be a real nightmare. Next, Mumm-Ra does the same to Cheetara, summoning her dream self. Just like with Panthro, Cheetara's worst nightmare comes true and her dream self is defeated. Mumm-Ra continues the night time visits by moving on to Tygra and then the Thunderkittens. All of them have a fitful sleep as their dream selves are defeated. The next day, the Mutants attack the Lair. But when it's time to take action, everyone except Lion-O has had such a poor night's sleep they don't perform so well. The end result is Panthro actually falling asleep at the wheel of the Tank, crashing it - and Cheetara is thrown from the vehicle (did I not mention the need for seatbelts in that thing? lol). They do manage to drive the Mutants off, but are puzzled by how exhausted they are. Lion-O encourages them to turn in early while he and Snarf stand watch - only they also doze off! As soon as the others fall asleep, Mumm-Ra is back as the Dream Master and summons their dream selves. Snarf alerts Lion-O to the fact that the Sword is warning them. The Sword does show Lion-O what is happening to his friends but to his dismay, their real selves cannot be roused from sleep. Time is running out, too. Mumm-Ra has sealed the ThunderCats dream selves in vials and is fixin' to toss them into the Whirlpool of Infinity. Lion-O arrives in time to save the vials and then calls his friends - who wake at the Sword's call. While Lion-O fights Mumm-Ra, Cheetara speeds by and grabs the vials thus releasing everyone's dream selves. Defeated, Mumm-Ra retreats. comment system disabled temporarily thanks to spam happy assholes!
