Age: I would think since he and Jaga were former buds, he's gotta be kinda older. I'm guessing in his 40s at least.

Weapons/Skills/Powers: Aptly named, as destruction is his favorite past time. In the series, he was a former ThunderCat who fought with Jaga to uphold the Code of Thundera. Canon says power and greed corrupted him. My story sheds some light on his motivations for gettin' all power trippy. At any rate, it seems Grune died and was sealed off in a tomb from which his evil spirit couldn't escape. That is until some traveling Wolos set him free.

His weapon of choice is a studded mace that he often forges out of the material Thundrainium

Background: My fic has Mumm-ra restoring Grune to flesh so he can give the ThunderCats hell. He gladly does so too, his desire to avenge the wronging he recieved at the hands of Jaga and the old Thunderian council still the driving motivator. There is no wrath like a former Thundercat gone bad.
